Wedding Officiating

We will create a beautiful ceremony, personalized for just the two of you. Our officiating package includes a consultation with you in person, plus unlimited video and/or phone meetings, the writing of your custom ceremony, performing the ceremony, signing the marriage license, attending and directing the rehearsal, and travel to and from your local venue*; all done by an ordained, professional wedding officiant. We will work closely with you to make your ceremony perfect for you!

Day-Of Coordinating

Let us worry about all the little details on your big day! Allow your family and friends to be guests at your wedding and enjoy all the special moments and memories, rather than working and scrambling to try to get it all done for you. We will help your day run smoothly and on your time frame.

In the days prior to your wedding or event day we will follow up with your contracted vendors to confirm start times or any time-line changes since your initial vendor agreement. On your special day we will act as liaisons between you and your vendors, will manage their schedules and services, and can assist you with delivering final payments and/or tips to your vendors.

We will attend and direct your rehearsal, guide your wedding party procession, and manage your wedding ceremony.* You will receive two of our Event Managers on your wedding day to ensure that all flows smoothly and perfectly, and according to your style and timeline. That's right! You will receive two Event Mangers for the price of one!

*Events outside of Colorado Springs, Monument, Larkspur, Castle Rock and the Denver Metro area may incur a mileage fee, depending on distance, and a lodging fee for mountain locations.

Our Rates

Wedding Officiating: $350 which includes unlimited personal consultations with you, writing the custom ceremony, performing the ceremony, signing the marriage license, attending and directing the rehearsal, driving to and from the local venue.

Day-Of Coordination: $350 for the first two hours (minimum) and $100 for each hour thereafter. This will include two of our Event Managers to attend to your wedding. Directing your rehearsal is also included.

Officiate & Coordinate Package: Let us officiate and coordinate! Choose us for both of these services and you'll save 10% on your officiating booking! You'll receive the personal, customized officiating services listed above paired with day-of coordination services for your wedding.

Additional Staff: Additional staff members are available (recommended for larger events and jobs) for an additional hourly rate/per staff member.

Travel Fees: For events that are outside of Colorado Springs, Monument, Larkspur, Castle Rock and the Denver Metro area a mileage fee of $0.50 per mile is applied. For mountain locations, a lodging fee may also be applied.
